Cancellation Policy
I understand life happens. If you are running late or cannot make it to your appointment, please let me know as far in advance as possible. I allow a 5 minute grace period and charge a 50% cancellation fee to the card on file for any cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment time. If you no show to your appointment, your card on file will be charged the full service amount. If the card on file cannot be charged for your cancellation or no-show amount, the fee must be paid IN FULL before booking again.
